What is a Secure FTP (SFTP) account and how do I get one?

Secure FTP Account
  • A Secure FTP (SFTP) account allows your institution to send electronic digital data (exported from your treatment planning system) to the ITC.
  • Only one account is issued to an institution and is used for all studies that require digital data to be sent to the ITC.
  • At most institutions, it is the Physicist or dosimetrist who sends the digital data.
Obtaining an SFTP Account on the ITC Server
To obtain an SFTP on the ITC server, please contact the ITC (314-747-5415) or send an email request to itc@wustl.edu with the following informtion:
  • Your institution's name and mailing address,
  • Your cooperative group (RTOG, NSABP, ...) institution number,
  • Your RTF number (look up on RPC web site), and
  • The name, phone number, and email address of your physicist.
Please allow one week for the account to be created. When the account is ready, you will be notified.
